Tech By Choice is a non-profit organization that hosts events and workshops that help people of
marginalized communities find their place within the tech industry. With over 1000 members, we’ve hosted events that have helped over 690 participants build the skills they need to find their dream job in STEAM fields.

Tech By Choice (TBC) is committed to helping marginalized and underrepresented groups enter, stay and thrive in the tech industry. We use holistic approaches to explore vocational pathways, offer mentorship, and teach both self-care and technical skills that ensure our members are supported every step of the way. At Tech By Choice, we are dedicated to building unity across all marginalized identities that uplifts us all, instead of pitting us against one another.

We want to add diversity into the tech industry and ensure that the teams behind tech always reflect and serve the demographics of all users.
