TBC Table Talk
This is a moment for the community to come together for a weekly twitter space to talk about different tech and non tech topics. We will later turn these topics into a podcast.
The Problem
- Since the beginning of the pandemic we’ve lost our ability to just talk about the topics we cover in our workshops outside of the Q&A session.
- The TBC community has amazing insight on the direction of community and tech but we have these conversations in closed spaces and do not broadcast it outwards. This makes it hard to spread change we want to see in this space.
- We highlight members internally, but it would be nice to spotlight folks and give them more space to speak. We would love to use this space to help promote and highlight folks who are looking for work by pulling in people who are hiring
The Solution
We will carve out a time for a weekly checkin with the community to highlight our members and give the world insight on the way the TBC community views certain topics.
With each space we run it is our goal to accomplish the following
- After each space people who join should be able to walk away with actionable items that they can do to work towards and help them get to the next step.
- Building up and promote our community members as voices to look toward in the tech space
- Show the world how and what the TBC community thinks about the progression of the tech space
