Open Doors uses advanced privacy measures to ensure that your identity remains completely anonymous. We do not store any personal identifying information alongside your review, and all data is encrypted to protect your privacy
Tech by Choice members already have access to Open Doors. To access the platform head over to the Tech by Choice Members app, login, and you'll see the Open Doors app on your dashboard.
At this time we do not allow companies to respond to reviews directly through our site.
Company can reach out to us directly at hello@techbychoice.org if they would like to respond.
When you create an account you have the option to add information about your identity. Through our anonymization process we're able to strip all personalized information from your review, and include details around your identity. This allows us to highlight marginalized voices without while keeping your anonymity.
We're opened to work with any US based company that doesn't conflict with our mission or values.
At this time of our closed bata, we're focused on filling the following role:UX, Design, Engineering, Data, and Product Management. As the program expands we be able to grow our opening.
At this time you will not be able to view the individual reviews that you submit.
We limit the amount of reviews a user is able to create. New accounts will get 3 review tokens, and each account will get another token once a quarter.
On top of the limiting amount of reviews, we use a combination of automated and manual review process to detect and remove fake or spam review.
Additionally, our community guidelines discourage dishonest or harmful content, ensuring that reviews are genuine and helpful.
