Community member will go through our training program to learn how to become a recruiter.
Members who are looking for work will complete their talent profile and be paired with a community recruiter.
Members will complete an assessment and go through interview training in order to get ready for interviews.
Recruiters will earn a commission based on the member's salary, which the company will pay once the member accepts and starts the new job.

We're able to leverage our talent cohort and our talent database to help companies for their next hire. Once we getting insight companies open role and company dynamics, we run a talent match in our system to find talent that would fit the companies open role.

We're opened to work with any US based company that doesn't conflict with our mission or values.
At this time of our closed bata, we're focused on filling the following role:UX, Design, Engineering, Data, and Product Management. As the program expands we be able to grow our opening.
Our interview prep includes resumes reviews and updates as well as soft and technical skills training to help you do well on your interview. Post placement training will focus on helping you adapt to your new environment and offer guided and suggested skill training
This program is 100% free to talent and our community recruiters.
During our beta program we are charge companies a percentage of new hires salary after successful placement.
